We offer holistic wellness lifestyle coaching in Hong Kong and online — a deeply personal approach that bridges western science and psychology with traditional practices, alternative medicine, and the wisdom of the East.
Our method is rooted in the founder's own journey — years of study in holistic wellness management, a certified Pilates teaching practice, and lived experience navigating health through TCM, Ayurveda, NLP, and cycle awareness. The programme will be uniquely designed to suit your needs based on a conversation around you and your lifestyle.

THE APPROACH
MIND
Drawing on cognitive behavioural approaches, NLP, and the Transtheoretical Model of Behaviour Change, we work to understand your patterns, limiting beliefs, and mental habits. Goal-setting using the SMART framework — short, mid, and long-term — gives structure to your intentions.
Creativity and learning are central to mental wellbeing. We explore what sparks your intellect and imagination, and build practices that keep your mind engaged, curious, and growing.
BODY
As a certified Pilates teacher, movement is at the heart of the physical coaching approach. We look at how you move, how you rest, and how your body communicates with you. Inspired by TCM's concept of Qi flow, Ayurveda's Prana, and the western understanding of the lymphatic system — all traditions agree: the body needs to move.
We also explore cycle awareness and cycle syncing — understanding how your hormonal phases shape your energy, mood, and capacity — and how to work with your body rather than against it.
SOUL
The soul dimension is about meaning, connection, and living in alignment with your values. We explore what truly matters to you, who you are becoming, and what kind of life you want to build — not the one you were handed, but the one you choose.
Community, balance, and the practice of noticing — small, consistent acts of self-awareness — form the foundation of lasting change. The goal is not perfection. It is consistency, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing yourself.
